JOSEPH A. CAPO
JOSEPH A. CAPO was born and raised in Passaic County, New Jersey, where he attended Passaic Valley Regional High School in Little Falls. Mr. Capo went on to receive his B.S. from New York University in 2006, and his J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 2009, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Capo was the Co-Chair of the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Board and was the recipient of the Garvey Memorial Scholarship.
Also, he interned for the United States Attorney’s Office, S.D.N.Y., Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office. Upon completion of law school, Mr. Capo served as the judicial law clerk to the Hon. Raymond A. Reddin, J.S.C. (2009-2010) in the Passaic County Superior Court. Prior to joining Corradino & Papa, LLC, Mr. Capo concentrated his practice on civil and criminal litigation, where he has appeared on federal, state, and municipal matters throughout New Jersey.
Mr. Capo is admitted to practice law in New Jersey; New York; and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. Mr. Capo is also an accredited attorney with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, and a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, Passaic County Bar Association, New Jersey Association for Justice, and the Justice Robert L. Clifford Inn of Court.
